Amazon Prime Day 2026 Is Coming to Spain in June — Earlier Than Ever
Prime Day Moves to June This Year
Amazon Prime Day 2026 is arriving earlier than usual — shifting from its traditional July slot to June 2026, with Spain confirmed as one of the key participating markets alongside the United States, France and Italy. Exact dates have yet to be officially announced, but the move earlier in the summer calendar gives Spanish shoppers more time to make savings before the peak holiday season.
Last year's Prime Day — which ran for four days from July 8–11, 2025 — saw over 190 million products delivered same-day or next-day in Spain alone, making it one of the biggest retail events of the year in the country.
What to Expect
Prime Day deals span a wide range of categories, with the biggest discounts on:
- Tech and electronics
- Homeware
- Beauty and personal care
- Fashion
- Entertainment
Past bestsellers have included the Fire TV Stick HD, CeraVe skincare, Oral-B and Philips products, and a broad range of everyday essentials. The 2026 edition will also feature discounts on trending social media products, content creator favourites and Amazon-exclusive items.
Amazon describes the event as: "discounts on some of the hottest brands, trending social media items, content creator favourites, and Amazon-exclusive products."
Do You Need Prime?
The best deals are reserved for Prime members, though some offers are open to all. Membership costs:
- €4.99 per month
- €49.90 per year
- 30-day free trial available for new members
Beyond Prime Day itself, Spanish Prime members saved an average of €120 per year through the full bundle of Prime benefits in 2025 — including free delivery, Prime Video, Prime Music and exclusive early access to deals throughout the year.
Worth Keeping an Eye On
For expats and residents in Spain who regularly shop online, Prime Day is consistently one of the best opportunities to stock up on tech, household goods and personal care at significantly reduced prices. With the event now landing in June, it falls at a useful point — before summer costs kick in and while many people are thinking about home improvements, gadgets and travel accessories.
Amazon is expected to reveal the official dates for Prime Day 2026 in the coming weeks.
